RAMPIRES is synonymous with blasting punk rock drumming, a venomous slapping stand-up bass, massive guitars and catchy melodies, which will grab the listeners attention even after repeated consumption. This band from Munster, North-Rhine Westphalia (Germany) - describing its own style as PSYCHO PUNK - was founded in 2003 under its former name GODZILLA FLIP and enjoyed a good reputation as interesting live act. Following to several sampler contributions, their debut record "Kamikaze Attack" was released in August 2005 and got lots of positive reviews except for one particular negative response. A copyright claim from Japan! The reason was their band name. So they changed their name to RAMPIRES. Now theyve recorded 14 new killer tracks for their third album "BAT TO THE BONE" which typically combines the best elements of Psychobilly, Horrorpunk, Hardcore and Metal.
