TEENAGERS FROM OUTER SPACE : Various Artists

An illustrious arrangement of new and mainly young bands from the Psychobilly / Punkabilly sector will be presented. Unlike "RATPACK" these are not necessarily exclusive pieces or high-quality material. Rather we would like to give the possibility to interested listeners informing themselves about the new generation of this music section. In fact the following can be noticed: All bands have fun to play music. The light-hearted mainly easy-going way they play encourages us looking into the future. Even nowadays it is possible to bring own creativity and personality into play. Of course each of these young people has idols and heroes which they like to be as close as possible musically. However it cannot be said that those have being copied entirely or intentionally. The wheel has not being reinvented here but it can be said quite clear that we are dealing with an excellent age-group of musicians from who we will hear much more. Part 1 of the production – provided that there is a follow-up on it – contains a colorful mixture from Old School to New School and a little Punkabilly. The bands mostly come from Germany and Austria. One or the other group among them doesn’t play under the same name or the same instrumentation anymore. Anyhow, the motto is: Young, Wild, Crazy … We're the TEENAGERS FROM OUTER SPACE!
The CD comes in a costly produced full colored Digi-Pack including an 8-sided Booklet and transparent Tray. Every band will have its introduction text as well as own Infotext including photo. Norman Winter is once again responsible for the selection of the bands and Cover-Artworks.
