SEWER RATS, THE : Rat Attack

During the last 4 years the SEWER RATS put their name on the map of the European Rock 'n' Roll scene and whoever went to shows, read fanzines or listened to college radio came across this four-piece rat pack from Cologne, Germany. Loved by greasers, rockabellas, billy-punks and skateboard kids alike, the band combines catchy sing-along punk rock in the tradition of Rancid with stand-up bass driven rockabilly influences. Adding a fistful of outlaw feeling à la Social Distortion and the coolness of the Stray Cats and Blondie, the SEWER RATS create a subcultural cocktail which tastes classy but yet refreshingly new. Their lyrics are mostly personal and deal with topics such as friendship, love, hate and loyalty. Some also tell the stories of events that the band encountered on the road. Reissues comes with two exclusive bonus tracks "Keep on hiding" and "Regret.
